Howdy, things are going well again. The remicaide seems to be at a good dose and my pain is better. My leg bone continues to heal. I do my exercise at home having finished physical therapy. I'm walking on the treadmill and ride my exercise bike. So far the hardest is going up and down stairs but I practice that too. Still traveling and just... more »

Well, I saw the doctor this morning and she said my symptoms were classic bicep tendonitis. She gave me a cortisone/lidocaine shot in the joint and told me it'll get really bad in the next 24 hours and then will get better each day.
